You can continue adding participants in this way, up to a maximum of 18 parties. To remove yourself from the conference, press “FEATURE 70”. The remaining participants will stay connected. For any programming questions or changes, contact your System Administrator.
Voicemail
Voicemail is a convenient feature that allows you to receive messages when you are unavailable. To access your voicemail, press “FEATURE 981”. You will be prompted to enter your mailbox password. If you are accessing your mailbox for the first time, follow the prompts to initialize and open it. To listen to your messages, press “FEATURE 981” and follow the prompts on your display. You can also send messages to other voicemail boxes by pressing “5” during message playback.
To forward your calls directly to voicemail, press “FEATURE 984”. To transfer a call directly to a mailbox, press “FEATURE 986” and enter the mailbox number. The display will indicate that the call has been transferred. The “Voicemail Interrupt” feature, accessed by pressing “FEATURE 987”, allows you to retrieve a caller from voicemail after they have begun to leave you a message. This can be useful if you are unexpectedly available and want to answer the call directly.
